How do I participate?

The Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) is a commander’s program. Your unit or commander will notify you when it’s time to complete your reassessment. There are three ways you may be instructed to begin the process:

Attend PDHRA at your unit’s Drill Weekend or Annual Training
Traveling screening teams of specially-trained healthcare providers may come to your unit’s training event and conduct PDHRA. This method is very similar to the Post Deployment Health Assessment (PDHA) you went through when you redeployed.

Begin PDHRA online and complete it over the phone
If your commander directs you to, you may complete your portion of the PDHRA online through AKO. You should then call 1-888-PDHRA-99 to discuss your responses with a healthcare provider at your convenience. Go to PDHRA via AKO now…

Complete PDHRA over the phone
If you do not have access to a computer, your commander may direct you to call 1-888-PDHRA-99 and complete the entire reassessment over the phone.
