Director's Strength Overview (DSRO) Database

The Director’s Strength Readiness Overview (DSRO) Push Reports are designed to give State representatives a detailed report on the standings of their Initial Entry Training (IET) Warriors.

The DSRO is a powerful web based analysis tool that with a click of a button, provides an accurate picture of a state or unit’s strength posture with drill-down capability, and can generate customized email alert reports.

Accessible to any Leader with an Army Knowledge Online (AKO) account, the DSRO can be utilized to preempt probable TPLs with timely intervention.

The DSRO can be found at www.arngdsro.com, using your AKO user ID and password. Training is conducted using the SEAR modules, and tracked with the VULCAN database.
