S.E.A.R. Gold Phase

SEAR Gold Phase Training gives the Soldiers a chance to evaluate the Training they have received. It also educates the Soldiers about the Unit Sponsorship Program, the importance of maintaining Mental and Physical Fitness.

Graduates returning from IET as MOSQ Soldiers attend Gold Phase as their final drill with the RSP. This phase covers what MOSQ Soldiers should expect when joining their units and culminates in the Battle Hand-Off (BHO) ceremony, initiating the unit sponsorship process.

The Soldier will join their Unit of Assignment as a Mentally prepared, Administratively correct, and Physically Fit DMOS Qualified Soldier.
